Q2 Week 1 Update

Hello TMSA family,

Here is the weekly update for Computer Skills:

1) Grades are updated in PowerSchool

2) Tutoring will resume next week, Oct.22nd

3) The class website has been updated with new handouts and due dates. Please go take a look.

4) New Due dates for typing for Q2 are as follows: 6th Grade: intermediate due 2nd Class November 4th. 7th grade: Lessons up to 350 and 8th grade: Lessons up to 260 are due 2nd class period week of Nov. 4th as well.

5) Vocabulary Quiz will be the first class period the week of Oct 21st. Please make sure your child is prepared for the quiz.

6) Thank you to everyone that came out to Parent-Teacher Conferences. I truly enjoyed engaging with each one of you. I will be working on over-the-phone conferences this week, but I won't be able to take face-to-face conferences until the second week of November. Please understand the volume of students I teach. I try to answer all emails in a timely manner. I also try to put comments next to each assignment in PowerSchool to minimize questions. I appreciate you understanding.
