Q3 Week 6 Update

Hello TMSA family, Here is the weekly update for Computer Skills: 1) Grades have been updated in PowerSchool 2) The project has been rolled out to ALL classes, due to MLK Day and PSAT testing. And days off all classes are on different schedules. Please communicate with your child about their progress. 3)Feb 17th- Shark Tank Week (class presentations) Students will dress professionally to present their Apps SHARK TANK STYLE!!!!! (EXTRA CREDIT) Feb 24th - Test first class period this week. A small study guide will be sent home closer to the date. If the dates don't match up due to scheduling conflicts please make sure your child is ready for the following class period. We are just rolling over. Sorry for the confusion. 4) If your child's group needs extra time to work on the project please come to tutoring Tues & Thursday from 3:05-4PM 5) This quarter will have fewer grades due to the project/days off/field trips/ sickness. etc. Please speak with your child about progress in the class. 6) Please be sure to login to PowerSchool and complete your "Intent to Return" form. Those who complete will receive a free dress down pass and 5 points added to an assignment. 7) I have been nominated for NC School Hero. Please cast as many votes as you can.
