Week 9 Update

Hello TMSA family,

Here is the weekly update for Computer Skills:

1) Grades are updated and final in PowerSchool

2) Tutoring will be suspended next week, and will resume Oct.22nd

3) The class website has updated with new handouts and due dates. Please go take a look.

4) New Due dates for typing for Q2 are as follows: 6th Grade: intermediate due 2nd Class November 4th. 7th grade: Lessons up to 350 and 8th grade: Lessons up to 260 are due 2nd class period week of Nov. 4th as well.

5) Vocabulary Quiz will be the first class period the week of Oct 21st.

6) Parent Teacher Conferences are next Friday Oct. 18. Sign up for a designated time by following this link....https://www.signupgenius.com/go/60b0948a5af28a3ff2-conferences2. Please comment your child's name, grade, and cohort when signing up.

7) Students this week were given a homework assignment to complete foldables for 5 of the hardest words on their vocabulary list. This is due the 1st class period next week. Each foldable is worth 20%.
